Review: This korean reality show gathered 100 of the strongest athletes, bodybuilders, fitness trainers, etc to find the perfect body.

There were 5 quests they had to go through. Pre quest is hanging on to the bars. 1st quest is one on one death match which cut the contestants down to 50.

2nd quest is the sand bags race which further cut down the contestants to 25. Survival round gave 5 losers from the sand bags race a chance to get back into the game.

3rd quest is pulling the 1.5 ton yacht to shore which trimmed down the contestants to 20. 4th quest was 5 different mythology games and the winner of each game became the top 5 contestants.

The final quest was a set of 4 games that focused on strength, stamina, endurance and balance.

I thought the games were reasonable and not too complex. Every person even the females had equal chance of winning the game even against the bigger and bulkier opponents.

I love all the contestants, i didnt have a clear favorite, and i didn’t mind who wins coz they were all winners. I love that they are all competitive and displayed good sportsmanship, even when they lose. They also supported and cheered for each other. They had dignity, tenacity and willpower. And they all had fun.

My only comment was the title of the show is physical but in the end, it was the mental and emotional strength of the contestant that won the game.

The top 5 were unexpected, as well as the ultimate winner, but that’s why the show was interesting coz you never know who will win.

Review:
Wow! I can’t believe they were able to cast all these actors for 3D2N! And got enough materials to air 8 episodes!

Love the games esp the flying chairs, although it would have been fun if the girls get to try the haunted house, flying chair and getting drenched with water too.

They were awkward at the start but definitely grew closer after a few days. I also love the tent bar and the senior actors who visited them.

Looking forward to Season 2 (i hope!)

Ps. Just realized i’ve seen Bogummy and Seojun in person back in 2019 and i’ll be seeing Wookie this Sunday 🥰

Review:
I got 9 out of 14 correct, there were some episodes where my first hunch was right but got confused with the last location.

I didn’t understand the spy concept so i only got 5 out of 14 correct. Best spy was Yoo Jae Suk!!

With Somin out, Oh Nara stepped up this season. Jessi was a little tired and quiet throughout but her instincts never fail her.

The guests were mixed of good and boring. My fave guests were Choi Tae Joon (ep 4), Lee Yi Kyung/Kwon Yuri (ep 5), Code Kunst/Nucksal (ep 10), Kim Ji Suk (ep 12).

Review:
Yay!! Another great season with old and new guests helping Tae Hyun and Insung manage this huge supermarket. Definitely a big step up from the cute and cozy convenience store from season 1.

They were busier this time so most scenes were them trying to serve the customers, although we still get to meet and hear the stories of the villagers. There were also more part timers per episode so less heart to heart conversations during dinner time.

First 5 episodes were centered on Insung’s friends – Kwangsoo, Woobin and Juhwan.

I’m sad the Hyunhee and Eunhyung only spent half day because they had to cut the day short. They were so funny!!

The next group of part timers were also great – Seunghwan, Kyungho, Hojun, Byungeun and Seolhyun. They elevated the dinner service with their own cooking, which gave Insung free time to chat with the guests. I love how they all came to support Taehyun and Insung.

They saved the best for last as Chairwoman Hyesoo, Gyunghye joined the two, and we even got a surprise visit from Hyojoo!! They were so nice and down to earth. Plus Kyungmin is back for his dinner live show.

Curious that majority of the guests are more from Insung’s friends/cast mates from his recent projects and just a few from Taehyun’s side. I want to see Kim Jong Kook or Jang Hyuk help them!

Wishing for season 3 please!! Maybe try a new business like a coffee shop, food truck or something totally different!!
